To train the kids, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to see a big difference. (Some kids will learn faster, and others are more stubborn, but you will see a difference!) And during those weeks it mostly takes extra intention and follow through time.

Then you’ll devise a plan that YOU can make work in your home and how you can take the power struggle out, and why it was there in the first place. You’ll then learn how to easily train the kids, and help them see how it benefits their life.
While it’s certainly easier to train your kids starting around age 2, it really is never too late! You may need to adapt it for teenagers, but the principles are still the same.
